I have a bule T-shirt.
There is a word, vanilla, on it.
The word is located on my chest.
One day I went to a coffee shop.
" Could I have one cup of vanilla latte? " (I asked the worker in that coffee shop and pointed the word on my T-shirt)
" ok! " (the worker said and looked at my T-shirt for one second)
Fine minutes later...
Here you go.(the worker said and gave me my coffee)
BUT...
IT IS A SMALL SIZE OF VANILLA COFFEE.
I shouldn't order a coffee and point to my T-shirt.
Damn it!!!

HA~
It's not a true story.
I just made it for fun.
Hope you guys like it.

located on my chest <= kind of wired because the word won't be printed on "your" chest. You might like to say: the word is on the chest part of the shirt.

The sentence "I shouldn't order a coffee and pointed to my T-Shirt". We all could know you were regreting your behavior; however, you had done that.
Thus, you would like to use "subjunctive mood". It's like I SHOULDN'T HAVE POINTED at my T-Shirt while I were ordering the Coffee.

Nevertheless, You not only did a good job but also inspired a girl who are studying English as you are doing.
